Last weekend, my sisters, sis-in-law, and I took my mom for Mother's Day tea. We went to the Secret Garden in Kerrisdale. Don't you just love high tea? So pretty and filling! Happy mom's day to all the moms out there, especially my mom!

UBC Reconciliation Pole
The other day at UBC, I visited the Reconciliation Pole. It is so majestic, against the dramatic sky. One minute the clouds looked grey, but then the cleared. I love this pole, mostly because there's an eagle on top. And eagles always remind me of my Pa.
