I'm not sure my waistline will thank me, but I have made more cookies! This too, was from a box of cake mix - this time rainbow confetti cake. I threw in some chocolate chips and boom!

On this hump day, may I present to you: a ring o' cookies! We made these from a box mix and added LOTS of chocolate chips. Really quick and easy. And yummy.

For cookies! And rum and eggnog! We have a lot of cookies on hand, and plan to get even more treats from Santa. Merry Christmas Eve and have fun waiting up for Santa.

For treats! A faculty member brought in some gingerbread cookies.And a staff colleague brought in this Oreo chocolate. Very good. 10/10 would recommend!
