Last weekend I went to visit a couple of my very creative friends. They are a sweet married couple, they wrote Under The Same Sky. They’re busy at work on another project, so it was lovely to chat with them and catch up.
They fed me this simply and yummy dessert, which I have learned is called an Eton mess. Meringue cookies, whipped cream and strawberries. Um, yes please!
