My favourite fabric store, Our Social Fabric, is doing a cool thing all year. They choose people from the community to make things, highlighting one of their fabrics.
I applied a couple of times this year, and was finally picked to take part! The fabric was this amazing Cloud Sky Supplex. They give you 3 meters and you can make whatever you like.
I chose these patterns:
The pants from Summer Nights Romper & Two-Piece Set, from Ellie & Mac;
the top of the South Shore Romper, from Ellie & Mac; and
the Endless Summer Tee from Pattern Emporium.
It’s like a little capsule wardrobe, that I can mix and match! I love working with supplex, it has great recovery and stretch. I’ve used it for leggings, tops, and undergarments too.
