My best friend Simone lives in San Fran, and she was in town last month for a visit. She came to see the show, it was so great to catch up with her. She let me know she was having lunch with our old singing teacher Katie Drysdale. I managed to tag along!
Katie taught us singing in high school. She is 94 years young and still as sassy and as sharp as ever! We went to White Spot, where Katie is something of a celebrity, because they share the same birthdate: the exact same day and year! We were joined by Cata, Simone’s mom, and longtime friend Lynn. I love little reunions!
