Ok, one more post about Seussical, this one dedicated to my little baby kangaroo puppet, that we named Russell. He is so cute with his cute little face! He had an understudy named David (whom we renamed to Veronique, when we found out only female kangaroos have pouches). It’s posing up there with my own understudy, Jessica. Lulu made me a kangaroo family in her woodwork class. And my director let Russell come home with me, after the show closed – provided I didn’t tell anyone. So shhh! Russell is very happy at home with Verdi and Bluey.
