We got a BIG dump of snow this week. I know the rest of the country likes to make fun of us, since the city is not equipped to handle snow. But it was A LOT! I hunkered down, worked from home, and told my staff to do the same. Lots of trouble on the roads, grounded flights at the airport – yikes.
But I made it to work today, and I’m glad I did. I had a snowy lunchtime walk. It is so sunny out, and there are still lots of people on campus, finishing up their assignments and writing exams. But you can tell the year is winding down. And hey, Vancouver rain is on the way!
