We really want to enjoy the seasons, and make sure we get out and do enough things. So we had a fancy holiday lunch at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver!
The buffet was really good. It had a lot of seafood and other options, plus a free glass of Prosecco. 
The hotel is all decorated with their Festival of Trees. 
Different companies sponsor and decorate trees, and you can donate and vote for the best decorations. 
It was nice to be downtown in the middle of the day, wandering and taking in the sights. I always feel like I’m rushing through downtown to on my way to somewhere.
They had one tree with cool little duckies!
