If I could spend all day sewing, I would. Who am I!? This used to be me with knitting or crocheting – well who am I kidding, I would like to spend all day doing those things too.
Here is another dress I made, from a gorgeous rayon that I picked up from Our Social Fabric. I love the colour! The pattern is by McCalls’ but I can’t remember the number – I’ll look that up.
I learned a new technique for gathering, which is to use elastic. It’s much easier and faster than sewing two lines and then doing it manually – and it involves less pins too! I love the style, it’s very loose and breezy, and SUPER comfy.
