My little balcony gets a lot of sun mid-day. So I’ve been making sun tea.
I don’t have a nice big glass container, so I make it in the pitcher for my blender. Fill with water, add a few tea bags, and let the sun do the rest.
This batch is just straight up Earl Grey, to which I added lemons and a bit of maple syrup. Very yummy and refreshing!
