Overnight Oats

Up until very recently, I did not like oatmeal. I basically trained myself to like it. Now I eat it all the time – it’s very filling!

Lately I’ve been trying out overnight oats. I put chia seeds, oatmeal, and almond milk in a container.


Then I put in some goodies in the morning: trail mix with pumpkin seeds (which I love!), sunflowers seeds, raisins, and cashews, as well as hemp seeds and coconut flakes.


Then you just mix it all up. You can zap it in the microwave too, if you want something warm. Delish.
