Oh boy, it's been a busy time with the back to school rush. It's nice to remind myself to slow down and take in what's important in life.
A friend of mine posted this on Facebook the other day. It's such a simple list, but so profound. I've decided that June will be a mindful month, and I'll try to keep all of these habits in mind.
I don't often post about mindfulness or meditation, but I try to practice them both, when I can. I found my old mindfulness journal, which is about half filled in. I'll try and take the time to fill out the rest!
