Last week we also managed to meet up with my FIL John. He lives in Duncan, his friend took him over to the boat, and we had lunch at Moby's. Then it was back to Jeff's little cabin for some reading. Ah, island life.
Saltspring
It's back to school and I am feeling the switch from summer to fall! I'm throwing it back to last week, when we had a little getaway to Saltspring. We had great food, great cider, and great cheese! So lovely.
PNE 2022

Labour day - end of summer! We're off to the PNE today, which is an end-of-summer tradition. I'll take lots of pics and eat lots of fried food. In the meantime, here are some more shots from Uprooted.
Some new books
We stopped into Black Sheep books on Saltspring this past week, and I picked up a couple of books. I don't recognize the writer, but he is a British TV personality. I started the first one right away, it's very good! Man, I love a good mystery.
