Today my friend came back to work after the Christmas holidays. I wasn't organized enough to get her present to her before the break. So I gave it to her today. She is a big Harry Potter fan, so she loved it!

Truffles
I am fundraising again for the Dean's Christmas staff lunch. I went to the Lindt chocolate factory last week with my mom. This is SUCH a good deal - 150 truffles for 45 bucks!
UBC Nest
I popped into the Nest at UBC early yesterday morning. It's rare that I see the main area so empty. They had a lovely menorah up though, to celebrate Hanukkah. Oh Christmas Tree
My co-worker left this little tree on my desk, isn't it the cutest! It's like a little Cindy Lou from Who-ville tree, with it's too-heavy ornament. It's starting to look like Christmas around town and in my office too.
