I celebrated an anniversary today: one year in my new position at UBC. Time has really flown by! To celebrate, we went out to have Ernest's Ice Cream on the weekend. Even better, our friend Jen was working and she gave us a great deal: FREE! Happy days, indeed.

Cake on pie day
I forgot to post about Pi Day on March 14! We went out for a bite but got carrot cake instead of pie. Still good! And somehow carrot cake reminds me of St. Paddy's day - it should be green 🙂

We are still ordering meals from 2 Guys, which is very handy. They spruced up their waiting area - so I had to take some pics!
