After I finished the donut design, I went right on to the Etsy store for The Basic Stitches and bought another design. It was nice to stitch near my Christmas tree, to get me into that holiday spirit.

I made some basic crocheted slippers for my boss' Christmas present. She gifted me this cozy yarn! It's a nice way to give back something that she gave me 🙂

Mitten boo-boo
My trusty SnapDragon mittens, designed by Ysolda Teague, have sprung a hole. I knit these back in 2011, so they've lasted a good long while. When I have the time, I'll redo the thumb so they can see me through many more winters.
