It’s Labour Day weekend, the calm before the storm. Septembers are SO busy for me, since I work at a university and there are hoards of students on campus again. I’m enjoying the quiet time while I have it, and eating my way through the weekend. Eggs from Prado!
And a slice of apple pie.
