Juice!
My mom got a fancy new juicer! It separates the juice from the "meat"/pulp, so you can use the pulp again in smoothies or other juices. My mom made me her speciality: carrot, apple, ginger juice. MMM!
CapU
I'm past the half-way mark of my teaching term at CapilanoU. Time sure does fly. My drive to UBC after my early morning class is so much more enjoyable when the sun is out!
